Wind me Up

I’ve had this urge for awhile now to dress my avatar up as a doll. When GoGo released her first and only (so she claims!) attempt at hair, Princess, which is available at Juicy,  I was fully inspired to doll up.

I have been longing for something fromkatat0nik, but I just didn’t think everyday Tiffer could pull it off. However, dolly Tiff looks adorable in katat0nik’s Striped Dollie Dress.

To play up the skull detailing on the dress, I put on the Nightmare heels from Sixty-Nine. A dozen times now I have gone through my inventory looking for skull jewelery, and somehow I had none. So, after a quick trip to Schadenfreude, I had Jerry’s Skulls on my ears.

To complete the doll look, I grabbed Boom’s Wind Up Doll Key. This key was 100L and is colorable.

 

There you have my doll look! I loved dressing like a doll so much, that you may just catch me skipping around the grid like this from time to time!

Waiting for Santa

Across the world, some of you have already celebrated Christmas morning. However, here in the US there are a few more hours to go. I threw on my PJ’s and grabbed a Christmas book and headed straight to the fireplace, where Santa will soon come!

Spoiled for the Holidays

‘Tis the season to give, and designers around the grid have done just that. The goodies these year have been amazing! I wish I had time to show all of them off right now, but I’m sure I’ll be using them throughout the year.

This skin is absolutely gorgeous and was a group gift from Cupcakes. There is a 250L joining fee for the group, but it is well worth it! The dress is from Punch Drunk and will only be available during the holiday season. For 50L, this lovely dress is a steal.

Dear Santa, I can Explain

iRL, I found Sexy Mrs. Clause costumes kinda corny. iSL, I think they are incredibly hot. I found two of these sexy outfits, and they have definitly just got me a spot on Santa’s Naughty List.

The first is Santa’s Cutey from *Boom* and is available for only 1L at their Crush Row location (there is also a hunt going on there!).

This second look is from Convoitise and was given to me as a review copy. I love the sleeves and the hood on this-it makes it seem just a tad warmer and a bit more wintery.

*Boom* Days: day four

I’m going to keep this post short and sweet, because I am tired. Last night while collecting the daily Christmas gift from Wrong (these jeans were one of the earlier gifts!), I ran into a guy whom liked my hair. After the compliment, he asked if we could have sex. Since he was kind enough to compliment me first, I went ahead and gave him some sex. Shame on me, because he left a fair amount of hickeys on my neck.

Ok, so that totally didn’t happen since I am a proud SL virgin. But, this is the Fair Isle Hickey Hider Sweater from *Boom*and it inspired me to make up a fake sexual encounter. Anyways, I am really tired, so that’s all the rambling from me. *Boom* Days: day three

Day three of *Boom* Days has me out of sweaters and into tweed. It was unseasonably warm where I live when I was getting dress, and the thought of putting my avatar in a sweater just seemed cruel. So, I dug threw my inventory and found the Miu shirt from the Maeva hunt a little while back. The problem I had been having with this shirt was that I couldn’t find bottoms that I liked with it. Enter *Boom*’s Fall Tweed pants in forest. I don’t usually get excited about pants, but these are great. I can think of so many other looks I could make with them.

Lucky for me, as I was getting dressed, the new Messina Heel’s from Digit Darkes were dropped on me. Whimsy Winx called them “shoe porn,” and I can’t think of a better description. Between these heels and the Sochi Boots from Diversity, the Darkes’ sisters have filled my shoe orgasm quota for the week!

Day two of *Boom* Days finds me in their latest release. This is So Hood in hot pink. The hood itself comes with multiple options- down, up with fur, or up without fur. Also, sold separately is a hood with your choice of hair color. That’s the route I went, since it left me with no editing (Yay!).

*Boom* Days: day one

Aranel Ah, the designer behind *Boom*,has been kind enough to drop a few of his new releases on me. I hadn’t heard of the store before now, but it has slid into my list of stores to check out when I’m in the need for separates. While this clothing line isn’t huge, yet, it shows a lot of promise. Instead of just throwing up pics of all the products I’ve been sent to review at one time, I decided to make four days worth of outfits out of the pieces I’ve received. So, here is day one.

The Alice Sweateris a dressier sweater with a v-neck. I’ve chosen to show the Navy version, but it comes in other dark colors perfect for winter. The sweater includes prim attachments at the neck and the sleeves. The texture is extremely realistic, and the sweater actually looks like it would be soft to the touch.

I paired the sweater with Digit Darkes’ Developer Pants. They were originally only included in an outfit with Sasy’s Corsets, but since Digit always listens to her customers, she released them as separates. I picked the limited edition L’Via L’Viauez  skin from Hourglass Shapes and lessthan3, because of the beautiful blue make-up around the eyes. There are only 50 editions of this skin made, and there are still some available at the mainstores for Hourglass and lessthan3. They won’t last much longer, so go grab yours!

Yesterday I was wondering around Digit Darkes and Diversity, when Aleri Darkes sent me a creepy IM-”I see you.” Haha! Okay, so I *was*in her store, and to my delight she happened to be setting up vendors of her new releases. She dropped one of the releases on me, and I had to control myself to not squeal in delight.

 

Diversity’s newSochi Boots are currently the next best thing to sex. Shown in grey, they are slouch boots with no detail to spare. On the heel, is the Diversity logo. I love when designers add little details like that!
